I think controlling and jealousy affects teenage women because it is not healthy for both young women could too become the abuser. I had a few of these experiences like controlling and jealousy, but I talked sraight up and said if it continued it would be better for us not to be together no more. The advice I would give to other girls would be it is not necessary to go through this

Reflection on the DV Rally

1. I learned there are many places and hotlines you could go or call to get help.
2. I also learned nobody has the right to control you and abuse you for any reason.
3. My favorite booth was were the ladies asked us what every abuse word means.
4. I would include more people talking on stage about DV awareness.

Tears of A Tiger

I liked this book and I also thought it was sad because it was about teenagers who were celebrating the winning of a game. The three friends were drinking the fourth wasn't but the driver named Andy was driving drunk and crashed. The three friends got out of the car but the other was trapped inside with no way out. They tried to rescue him but they couldn't becaude the door wouldn't budge open. The car burned so did the trapped teenager named Robbie Washington he died that night. Andy couldn't cope with the death of his friend Robbie, Andy would go to therapy but he just couldn't live with the death of his friend. Andy ended up killing himself by shooting himself with the gun his parents owned. I think this book would be inspiring to anyone who reads it. This book was about not to drink and drive and to think about everybody's life not just your self.

Recipe Assignment

Cheesecake Recipe #1
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/2 c. Zwieback crumbs3 tbsp. butter2 tbsp. sugar
Filling:
1 lb. cream cheese1/2 c. sugar3 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream1/8 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. grated lemon peel1 tbsp. lemon juice2 egg yolks2 egg whites
Topping:
1 1/2 c. sour cream1 1/2 tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
1. Blend crumbs with butter and sugar. Press into bottom of 8 inch pie plate.
2. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes and cool.
3. Blend cream cheese with whipping cream, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon peel. Add egg yolks, one at a time and mix well. Beat egg whites well and fold into mixture lightly.
4. Pour on top of crust and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
5. Beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
6. When cheesecake is done baking, cool slightly then spread the sour cream topping on top of the cheesecake.
7. Return cake to oven for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

2x Ingredients Crust

1. 3 c. Zwieback crumbs, 6 tbsp.butter, 4 tbsp. sugar

Filling

1. 2lb.cream cheese, 1c. sugar, 6 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream, 2/8 tsp. cinnamon ,1 tsp. vanilla, 2tsp. grated lemon peel ,2tbsp lemon juice , 4 egg yolks, and 4 egg whites.

Topping

1. 3c. sour cream, 3 tbsp. and sugar 2 tsp. vanilla
